and I are looking for a roommate starting August. We live in a 3-bedroom, 2-story townhouse in Windsor Village in North Waltham (see map) near Route 128 and Route 2.

Cool things about this apartment include:

• Parking: each bedroom gets a parking space allocated!
• Central heat/AC!
• Washer and dryer in the apartment!
• Dishwasher, disposal, stove, oven, microwave built in!
• Private entrance and patio!
• I have a nifty outdoor gas grill.
• Commuter bus to Alewife available straight from the apartment complex.
• Apartment complex has a pool and gym.
• Nicely-sized bedrooms.
• 2.5 bathrooms.
• Free, on-site maintenance staff.
• Apartment has recently been renovated.
• Wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the entire apartment (except, of course, bathrooms, because that would be yucky.)
