- Renee wonders who Anna is targeting to seek new bids - no Threads people beyond those who have already signed up and bid will do so, because the economy is too screwy - perhaps it makes more sense to focus on locals this year.

- Not here, sent a report: We need to get the final decision on the Intercon I shirt color(s)/style(s)
-
See aboveThis is needed for the following purposes: - to prepare the final art for the web site for shirt ordering. - to prepare final color and thread count files for deliver to the shirt guys when we order Other than that, the absolutely awesome Anita has been keeping the flyer updated with the games on the monthly basis from Anna's updates. Once the shirt stuff is settled, art focus moves to book prep. Remember to make sure that information about deadlines for Bio's get out to people. Also, please make sure we get vendor ad info and graphics if anyone new comes along or changes are needed. That is about the lot of it from your Art Product Team :-)

- Charlie Sumner's Intercon archives
- Chad should get them
- Message from Terilee: Hello! I can't think of anything at this time, but thanks for checking in. The only thing I can think of is if you know of anyone who is driving up to the con from the DC/Baltimore area who would be interested in bringing my equipment up and back. That way I could take the train or fly, which would be easier on my arthritis. It isn't necessary, but it would be nice. I would be glad to chip in to cover some of the gas money.
-
We will ask Sam to take point on thisI guess the other thing is if the con wants do a theme for the party. I don't think its necessary, but I wanted to mention it. :-)
-
We agree, no theme is necessaryBut, other than that, not much needed at this time.
